Report Illegal or Harmful Content

If you believe content on PayGate violates our Terms of Service, infringes on your intellectual property, or is otherwise illegal, please contact us. We will review all reports within 72 hours.

Please include: your name, email, the URL of the content in question, and a description of why you believe it should be removed.

Our Process

  1. You submit a report via email to abuse@getpaygate.com
  2. We review the report within 72 hours
  3. If the content violates our Terms or applicable law, it will be removed promptly
  4. The content creator (Freelancer) will be notified of the removal
  5. The Freelancer may appeal the decision within 14 days via appeals@getpaygate.com
  6. Repeat offenders will have their accounts suspended or terminated

Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

PayGate complies with the EU Digital Services Act. As a hosting service provider, we maintain a notice-and-takedown mechanism for reported content. We act expeditiously to remove or disable access to illegal content upon obtaining knowledge of it.
